How we began:
Just a curious teenager with a computer
I wish we had a cooler story but its as simple as that. What started Bolt-IT Services is our passion for problem solving and our curiosity to learn and experiment with the latest technologies. In 2011 we started as a small IT Servicing company that serves the technical needs of our local residence at a fair price. Our business has grown exponentially without typical advertisement and primary through word of mouth reviews from our customers. Since our inception we have continued to grow in our expertise in technology and how to enable our customers to get the most out of their technology.

To guide our customers to and through their technical needs
What exactly does this entail?
We have an initial consultation with our potential customer. We discuss matters related to the problem they're trying to solve
We then decide if we as a company want to take on the challenge. it is important to note that we don't take on every customer that comes to us. We have a rigorous vetting process to ensure we can meet an exceed the given objective.
We go through the various solutions/options with the individual(s) that our Industry experts devise to solve given problem
matters such as: budget, time to completion, type of solution and integration are discussed for every solution/option
We ensure our customers are engaged through their whole experience with is so we can adjust and tailor the tech to their satisfaction
Based off the customers response Bolt IT Services proceeds with contracted work until it completed
Post completion we ensure our customers are enabled and educated
Follow up to ensure things are running smoothly
